We are aware of a current outage impacting multiple servers in the LA1 datacenter. We are working with our upstream provider to resolve this and will report back as we have updated information.

Update 1/16/2023 10:19MT: This issue has been partially resolved. Services are currently returning to normal. Some changes are still processing. We will update again once the issue has been completely resolved.

Update 1/16/2023 10:55MT: All services have returned to normal state. We will be moving our servers to a new cluster, which will result in additional downtime, but better stability in the future. Please bear with us while we work this process.

Update 1/16/2023 19:18MT: Maintenance has been completed at all sites. Some IP addresses have changed. All clients that are using Sparked Hosting nameservers have automatically been updated. Clients not using our nameservers have been contacted and are being worked with individually.

At approximately 14:15 MT, we observed networking connectivity issues on cp001.la1.sparkedservers.net. We're working with our provider to resolve the issue. Please bear with us while we work this process.

Update- 15:46: Services have been restored.

There was a brief outage involving our secondary nameserver (ns2.sparkedservers.net) during a planned migration.

Service was restored after 7 minutes, and no customers were impacted.
